1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using https://ask-trade.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AskTrade. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. Description of Service
AskTrade provides AI-powered trading research and analysis tools. Our Service generates research reports using artificial intelligence, specifically a proprietary 12-agent AI engine that analyzes stocks, forex pairs, and cryptocurrencies. These reports cover technical analysis, fundamental analysis, sentiment analysis, risk assessment, macro economics, sector dynamics, and other market dimensions. The Service should be used as one of many tools in your investment research process and not as a sole basis for trading decisions.
3. Not Financial Advice
AskTrade does NOT provide financial advice, investment advice, or trading recommendations. All content generated by our AI engine, including research reports, analysis, signals, ratings, and any other output, is for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions. No content on AskTrade should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. AskTrade is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner.
4. Risk Disclosure
Trading financial instruments involves significant risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance of any trading strategy, analysis, or asset is not indicative of future results. The value of investments can go down as well as up. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose without affecting your financial well-being. If you are unsure about the risks involved, consult an independent qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Different financial instruments carry different levels of risk, including but not limited to market risk, liquidity risk, leverage risk, and currency risk.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations

- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape, extract, or download our content
- Misrepresent our AI-generated analysis as your own professional advice or recommendations
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim affiliation with any person or entity
- Use the Service to transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code
7. Intellectual Property
All content on AskTrade, including but not limited to AI-generated research reports, software code, user interface design, logos, graphics, text, and data compilations, is owned by AskTrade or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on our content without express written permission from AskTrade. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial research purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AskTrade and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or any other damages arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our research is generated by AI and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. The AI may misinterpret data or market conditions. Always verify information independently from multiple sources before making any trading or investment decisions.
9. Subscription and Payments
Free trial credits are provided upon registration to allow you to experience the full functionality of our AI research engine. Paid plans are billed according to the plan selected at the time of purchase. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with notice provided to existing subscribers before changes take effect. 10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the Service in a manner that could harm AskTrade or other users. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@ask-trade.com.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided through the Service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
